THE Ross Penyard Singers will be performing a brand new piece of music by composer Joanna Forbes L’Estrange called ‘A season to Sing’, which is a choral re-imagining of Vivaldi’s masterpiece ‘The Four Seasons’.

The singers were lucky enough to be one of the commissioning choirs for this composition and it will be performed at their concert on Saturday November 22 at St Mary’s Church, Ross-on-Wye starting at 7pm.

It is the 300th anniversary year of Vivaldi’s most famous work. The singers will be joined by the children of the Ross Academy Choir and members of the Royal Forest of Dean Orchestra.

The Penyard Singers’ chosen charities for 2025/26 are: St Mary’s Church ‘Spire Appeal’ and ‘The Hub’ which is based at Ross-on-Wye.
