Local residents have been claiming that their internet becomes unusable at peak times.

There has been complaints of poor connections and slow speeds in Ross, Walford, Upton Bishop and Goodrich, as well as the more rural areas of Herefordshire.

Residents say their broadband speeds slow to unusable levels in the evenings - when most people are online - and often lose their connection too.Commenting on Facebook, Jackie Talbot, from Ross, said: "We used to have amazing internet speed but past 6-8 months it's totally rubbish.

"It crashes all the time, we are always resetting [the] router."
