Ross Town Council hs agreed to ask Herefordshire Council to issue a s215 notice under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to the owner of Flats 1-4 Wye Street.

Members of the Ross Town Council Planning Committee expressed concern over the dilapidated state of the buildings and disappointment that a planning application had not been forthcoming, at their recent meeting.

The s215 notice will compel the owner to take remedial action to improve the visual amenity of the buildings.
