Members of Ross Town Council are under the Market House this morning, Thursday, December 6th, to listen to concerns and answer questions about the closure of the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) and the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).

Councillor Chris Bartrum and Councillor Paul Symonds are offering local residents the opportunity to share their concerns about the closure of the MIU and sign a petition to demonstrate their objection.

Councillor Caroline Utting and Councillor David Ravenscroft are with the Chairman of the NDP, Melvin Reynolds, to offer residents the chance to comment on the plan and make their views heard.

Melvin said: "So far the response has not been huge. It is important that people get their views heard, whether it’s supportive or not, before it’s too late."
