MADAM, This year the Royal British Legion set up a Memorial Garden in the Market Square to mark the Remembrance of all those who served their country and are sadly no longer with us.

This is something which will now been done on a yearly basis and we would like to thank everyone who laid their crosses. The Planter kindly donated to The Royal British Legion by the late Mr Gordon Lucas and his wife Margaret is being replaced so we have taken the crosses to join the other tributes on the War Memorial in The Prospect.

The Branch would like to thank the people of Ross-on-Wye for their support throughout the year and wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year.Our next Meeting will be on Wednesday 16th January at The Royal Hotel at 7.30pm.
