School girl's asthma death included in damning report

A damning report by the Patients Association includes details of the death of 15 year old Ross school girl Lauren Hughes.

The report includes an apology from Dr. Peter Wilson, Medical Director of the Wye Valley NHS Trust, and the reason why opening hours of the Ross MIU were restricted.
