Work colleagues at Haigh Engineering, in Alton Road, gathered last week for two very special events.

The first was the launch of a new product but the highlight was the presentation to four members of staff who have each clocked up more than 40 year's service to the company.

Managing Director Nigel Shepherd presented Mary Freeman, Robert Olejnik, Bob Windridge and Colin Coyne with gifts in appreciation of their dedication. Mrs Freeman told the Ross Gazette that she had actually applied for her job with the company after seeing it advertised in the Ross Gazette.
