Assistant Managers, Holly Jones and Charlotte Smith, of The Chase Hotel, in Ross-on-Wye have successfully completed their Diplomas in Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership Principles.

The year long course, run by HIT Training has seen them both achieve a BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality, Maths Level 2, English Level 2 and their Advanced Level Apprenticeship.

Holly began working at The Chase as a General Assistant, and was encouraged by General Manager, Colin Parcell, to begin her Management Training.

Charlotte joined the Team having already worked in Hospitality and was also identified as a future Manager.
