Madam, I heard on the radio and confirmed it with a manager at Morrisons that the store is about to discontinue having coin locks on their shopping trolleys. Apparently shoppers are put off by having to find a coin to access a trolley. If this goes ahead we shall be back in 'the good old days' when Ross' waterways and paths were littered with abandoned trolleys. So much for progress!
