Madam, I write to second the views of William Brown and the Outlaws! Myself and my family would like our prospect back too.
We emailed the relevant party and all they did was send us (a somewhat patronising) reply about how important whatever it is they are doing was, and how it'd be restored in the near future...well that was easily eight months ago, and those vandals are still ripping the place apart up there!
Let's hope it is restored to the beauty spot that the people of Ross knew and loved ASAP....but we'd better beware of Squirrel Nutkin digging a hole to try to find the precious "remains" of her tree that, to quote the outlaws, they "cut down when no-one was lookin'"!
