The Chairman of the Herefordshire Council Planning Committee has told the Ross Gazette that a date for Tesco's planning application, to build a store in Ross, to go before the Committee is "close to being finalised".
Councillor Phil Cutter said that Herefordshire Council had just received the retail impact assessment from Deloitte. The planning officer who was originally dealing with the Tesco application has since left the Council's employment and so the case has been transferred to a new officer.
See the Ross Gazette for more details.
