The theatre equipment stolen from a local, not-for-profit company has been returned.

As reported in last week's Gazette, Bare Bones Theatre was left devastated after thieves broke into their trailer and stole £3000 worth of equipment, but now most of it has been handed back in.

The equipment, including speakers, amplifiers and lights, were left on a driveway in Ross in the early hours of Monday morning.

The company estimates around 20% of the equipment is still missing, but is delighted to have the production apparatus back.

Dave Baldwin, chairman of Bare Bones Theatre, told the Ross Gazette: "When I found out I was absolutely elated. Full report in this week's Gazette.
