Borderlines Film Festival 2020 programme promises rich cinematic delights and with tickets already selling well the film festival is set to attract large audiences over its 17 day-run from Friday, February 28th to Sunday, March.

15th.

The Festival provides access to an enormous range of cinematic experiences for rural audiences whose options lag behind those of city-dwellers most of the year round. 83 titles are showing at Borderlines this year, close to 10% of the 900 or so films released in the UK in 2019.

Highlights include 24 previews, films showing prior to their UK release, including the new film Blackbird by Notting Hill director Roger Michell, which will be shown at the Opening Gala on the evening of Friday, February 28th.
