Ross Second XI entertained Martley 2nd XI at home at The Park last on

Saturday, May 23rd.

The home side won the toss and batted first, setting a competitive

total of 201 for 7 off 45 overs.

Tiffen (23). G Rudd (11-2-20-3) and S Hine (11-0-48-3) were the

In reply. Martley's top order were unable to cope with opening bowler

Ganderton (85*) and skipper Jonathan McGahan (33) that put the

Martley innings back on the rails.

Ross strained to clean up the tail and Jack Waldis (2 for 25) broke

the sixth wicket partnership, but Martley hung on to finish on 153

for 8 off 45 overs.
