At its meeting earlier this month, the Trustees of the Ross Educational Foundation awarded grants totalling £980 to local studens as follows:

Towards the cost of a residential school trip to London for a primary school child.

Towards the cost of fees to take the Associateship of the Royal College of Organists examination.

Towards the cost of equipment needed for a degree course in Marketing and Public Relations.

Towards the cost of books for a degree course in Psychology for two students.

Towards the cost of books, etc., needed for a degree course in International Tourism and Eevents Management.

The Trustees meet again in October 2016, applications to be submitted by end of September 2016. Further information can be obtained from the Secretary, Mrs M Bickerton on 01989 563260.
