MADAM, in your article about the polytunnel planning decision, published on October 13th, you state that 54 letters of objection and 109 letters of support were received. Please check, and I think you will find these figures are incorrect. Also, over 100 villagers of Kings Caple signed a petition.

The Planning Officer is recommending that permission be refused. Needless to say, planning permission was given. However, there is an old saying: "It's not over till the fat lady sings."
