Three people were taken to hospital following a traffic accident at Wilton on Friday, May 1st at 2.30pm. Two ambulances and two rapid response vehicles were dispatched to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "On arrival at the scene, crews found two cars that had been in collision. Both vehicles had suffered substantial damage.
The driver of the first vehicle, a 19 year old man was treated on scene for head, leg and chest injuries. He was immobilised using a neck collar and spinal board before being taken to Hereford County Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
Two other people from the second vehicle, a man, believed to be in his 50s and boy believed to be 12 years of age, were also treated for minor injuries before they were taken to Hereford County Hospital.
This incident came just days after promising Welsh teenage golfer Ben Enoch was killed when his Peugeot crashed into a trailer at Whitchurch, Herefordshire.
