MADAM, We can do without the gibberish in the Jarvis county boundary sign pictured in your September 12th issue. Most folk have a list of serious problems that come before this sort of waste, so perhaps Mr Jarvis would like to tell us who made it and how much it cost. I for one am still waiting for a refund on the black waste bags that he has deleted since the last county budget was approved.
