THE annual Harvest Festival Service for the Ross Parishes will take place this year at St Michael and All Angels Church in Walford next Sunday.

Everyone is welcome to go along to the church on Sunday, September 27 at 9.30am and take part in the harvest celebration and hear a report from the local farming community regarding this year’s harvest when farmers had to deal with the numerous heatwaves throughout the summer.

With the harvest festival taking place in Walford means that there will not be a 9.30am service at St Mary’s Church at that time, however the Holy Communion Service will still take place at 8am on September 27 as per usual.
