Keith and Sue Wilding who have been involved in running the Youth Club in the Y Zone in Ross for years, are delighted to learn that Ross Town Council will write to Herefordshire Council asking for other options regarding the swimming pool move and youth provision to be considered.

Councillor Joyce Davis said she had been very concerned for some time that members of the public are worried that the town is becoming polarised. She said there has been a lot of work at Tudorville and at John Kyrle High School. She added:?"I am inordinately proud of the school, especially the improvements over the past ten years, and I think the way the community has worked together at Tudorville is commendable. However people are worried about the loss of the heart of the town."

She also said that if the youth centre was moved to the swimming pool site it could really improve that end of town.
