The Met Office have issued another yellow warning of ice, between 11:00 Thursday, December 14th and 11:00 Friday, December 15th.

Ice is still causing issues for motorists and pedestrians, so be especially aware on country roads, and untreated roads and car parks.

Tonight will see scattered showers spread southeastwards through the evening and night, these falling as rain and sleet, and occasionally snow to low levels. With winds easing it will turn frosty and icy. Minimum temperature -2°C.

There will be sunny spells on Friday after a frosty start, with only isolated wintry showers over the hills. Cold with a brisk northerly wind. Maximum temperature 5°C.
