Tight lines were very busy in Weymouth on June 18th for the Ross-on-Wye Sea Angling Boys aboard the Wild Frontier. Skipper Clem Carter took them 40 miles out to sea.

Mike Ebert celebrated catching his first fish for a long time, and Alan Todd managed to catch the biggest ling of the day, weighing in at 17lb.

The club would also like to welcome new member Mike Turley who enjoyed his first trip very much.

Anyone wishing to join the club can go along to a meeting at the Mail Rooms, Gloucester Road, Ross. Meetings take place every other Wednesday at 8pm. The next meeting is on Wednesday, July 13th, or call club secretary Mark Dobbs on 01989 566547.
