AS entries start to flood in for this year's HJ Weir Engineering Wyedean Forest Rally, amongst these is event sponsor Ross Weir, who will be teaming up again with Rob Smith in a Subaru WRC.

The duo were up to seventh place last year before retirement, but, with their Impreza being rebuilt by RSR, they have decided to hire a vehicle and will be hoping to be in the mix at the front end.

On the local front, veteran co-driver, Paul Spooner, will again be calling the notes for Steve Perez in the awesome-sounding Lancia Stratos. Another Wyedean veteran, Cliff Simmons, will guide Simon Tysoe in his historic Escort. Read full report in this week's Ross Gazette.
