Ross-on-Wye and District Motor Club held their awards evening on Friday, February 26th at the club house on Kyrle Street.
There was a good turnout of more than 50 people who enjoyed an excellent buffet and raffle, following the presentation.
A lively evening was had by members old and new, with many anecdotes being shared about cars old and new.
Tom Baker won the ‘dip-stick’ award, a special achievement award for the most entertaining and stupid car-related mishap.
Tom’s award was for discovering that a Land Rover usually can go anywhere on land, but are unable to float when driven through a pond on a sporting trial.
Tom Baker was also the winner of the Phillips Cup, in the Premier Awards 2015 Club championship section.
