Despite missing a number of key players through illness, the Bulls managed to record a 1-0 win away at Dorchester, picking up another three points on Saturday, January 20th.

Lance Smith broke the deadlock in the second half, converting a cross from John Mills.

Lance Smith said: “It was a great cross and I was in the right place. I just wanted to get a good connection on it and by heading it down towards the floor there is more chance of it going in.

“The pitch wasn’t the best and we couldn’t get the ball down and play as much as we like to and had to hit the channels, and make the best of a bad situation.”

Lance has now scored 18 goals in all competitions for the Bulls since joining the club in the summer from Evesham United.

The win sees Hereford move to within two points of King’s Lynn in top spot. Hereford have four games in hand over the top side.
