Football teams from Ross-on-Wye won the County Futsal Finals and qualified for the West Midland Finals that take place in March.

It was the County Futsal Finals on February 2nd. The Ross Juniors’ Herefordshire League team entered one team, and their Gloucestershire League team entered two.

A spokespeson for Ross Juniors said: “All the girls were brilliant and played against sides from Westfield, Ledbury and Tupsley.

“In the final standings, the Ross side came 1st, 2nd and 4th. The Ross Green side finishing as winners and qualifying for West Midland Finals in Birmingham in March.”
