Four pupils from John Kyrle High School, Kate Middlecote, Lydia Whitehouse, Zoe Whitehouse and Ronie Thomas took part in their first ever National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) show jumping competition at King’s Equestrian Centre in Bromyard on Sunday, January 22nd.

They competed at three different heights; 70cm, 80cm and 90cm. All girls rode brilliantly and showed great team spirit.

They achieved an amazing fifth position out of a very large class in the 80cm, narrowly missing out on a county challenge qualifying place.

All the girls had a fantastic day and are looking forward to their next competition at Allenshill Pershore, which will take place later this month. This event is a qualifier for the Windsor horse show.
