After a change of coaches, captains, pitches and players Ross Ladies are back!

The Ladies attended a tournament at Redditch Rugby Club on Sunday where they took along a few fresh players for a taster of the league.

Ross had a series of games against the likes of Bromyard, Droitwich, Pershore and Crowle and although they did not come home with any trophies the Ross team spirit was outstanding throughout the tournament.

The Ladies showed huge improvements by the end of the day and the feedback from the team was amazing.New players Hannah Lerego, Nicole Flitton and Suzie Yaldiz attended with immense efforts after only four training sessions with the team.

Claire Bater, Claire Godwin and Ann Mince showed great handling skills during the event and (Captain) Cassie Holdsworth scored the only try of the day for Ross Ladies RFC.

The Ross Ladies of the tournament for their outstanding performances went to Sarah Jane Oates and Victoria Mince.

Ross Ladies train on Monday evenings at 6.30pm on the new training facilities at Greytree (new players welcome).
