The Ross-on-Wye Ladies were keen to show off their new training and playing kit this week, after it all arrived.

The training kit has been sponsored by Central Engineering and Essilor, who were chased down by the club captain, Amiee Powell. The playing kit was sponsored by Calendar Ladies promotions and Sarah Jane Oates of Premier Catering.

Playing captain, Sarah Bevan commented: “We feel the vibrant colour of the kit reflects our playing style and more to the point, our personalities.”

Team Manager, Ben Taylor-Davies said: “The girls are so looking forward to the start of the tournament season, lets just hope they keep the nerves under control and put into practice the really encouraging training sessions they have been working on during the closed season.”

The ladies’ first first tournament is due to be held at Luctonians on Sunday, March 13th with their home tournament at Greytree to be held on September 18th. The ladies would love to see as much support as possible for their girls.
