Ross-on-Wye RFC backed up last week’s victory with a 40-5 win over Minchinhampton, their six tries earned them a bonus point and took them upto second place in the table.

The recently promoted Minchinhampton are looking to establish themselves in this league, however, Ross were too strong in open play, showing some strong running and great skills to run in six tries.

The home team started promisingly, dominating possession and giving Ross some problems at scrum and lineout time, however the Ross defence held firm with some big hits from Chay Brine and Casey Morgan stopping the home side opening the scoring.
