Ross Under 16s had a nervous start as they travelled to Hucclecote for their first match of the season.

The team dug deep after the opposition went three tries ahead of Ross before half time. With nothing to lose, Ross came out fighting in the second half and executed drills, which had been practiced many times, to get two tries back.

The first, scored by Aaron Hickmans and the second scored by Ryan Chaplain, in his debut for the team after joining them this season, were converted by Ben Pilot.

Every player dug deep and excellent team work was displayed. Final Score Hucclecote 17 - 12 Ross.
