Ross Rowing Club’s junior squad continued its good early-season form with no less than seven wins on the river Severn at Worcester Spring Regatta on Saturday.

In the morning division, Ella Bardsley-Taylor (WJ14 single scull), Yasmin Howe (WJ13 single scull), Katie Smith & Lucy Burden (WJ15 double scull), Niamh Gabb/Niamh Hickey/Lucy Billington/Ellie Humphryes/Tom Gianessi (WJ14 quad scull), and Oliver Billington & Elic Wales (J14 double scull) got the club off to a flying start. Heidi Brodholt (WJ15 single scull) and Emily Hermon & Ella Bardsley-Taylor added two further wins in division 2 to complete an impressive set of wins for the junior squad.

The junior squad’s next target is another local event at Monmouth this coming weekend, followed by Hereford Regatta the following weekend.
