Ross Juniors faced arguably one of their toughest games of the season on Saturday against a strong Leominster team. Last season the boys were comfortably beaten 6-2 by a strong physical but great passing Leominster side, the boys tentatively began this rematch. Leominster having the better of the early pressure but Ollie in goal matched all their efforts. Ross' confidence grew and following several promising attacks Ross took the lead through an excellent instinctive finish from the hardworking Jake, who saw their goalie of the line. The game remained evenly matched and just before the break an equaliser for Leominster came following some hesitancy in the Ross defence.
