A 15 year-old boy from Herefordshire was found guilty of two counts of rape of a child under 13 and four counts of assault (sexual touching) of a child under 13 on December 1st, 2017, at Worcester Crown Court.

He was sentenced to a two year detention and training order.

The boy was charged on May 2nd with five counts of rape of a child under 13, four counts of assault of a boy under 13 by touching and four counts of inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity. The charges related to dates from 2013 to 2016 and involved two boys aged under 13.

The charges the boy pleaded not guilty to will lie on file.
