Duy Tan Ho, 38, from Ross-on-Wye, has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a man in Ross on November 7th, 2017.

The trial has been adjourned so that the defendant can attend, and Mr Ho has been remanded on unconditional bail until July 12th.
