Dear Editor

It would be interesting to know whether Herefordshire Council in their pre-application discussions about redevelopment of the Chase hotel considered its potential as a satellite campus to the new Herefordshire University?

This would bring valuable employment and further education to the town, as well as helping boost viability of the town centre & local services.

It feels at the moment like the new university is for Hereford, not the whole county.
