A 42-year-old man has been sent to the crown court to answer charges of dealing heroin and crack cocaine.

Nicholas Jenkins of Old Market Close, Ross-on-Wye, faces counts of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply and one of acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.

Prosecutor Val Hart told Kidderminster magistrates that he is accused of having heroin and crack cocaine for dealing in his home town on March 3 and October 20.

He is also accused of having £2,155 of criminal property on October 20.

Jenkins was conditionally bailed to appear at Worcester Crown Court on November 22.
