Residents across Herefordshire have been casting their votes in the local elections today, May 2nd, and the results will be announced tomorrow on Friday, May 3rd.

18 Ross Town Councillors will meet for their first meeting as the new Council on Monday, May 13th.

At 10pm, all of the polling stations will close. The polling stations in Ross-on-Wye are at The Venue on Hill Street, Tudorville & District Community Centre, Walford Avenue, the Larruperz Centre (Constance Room), Ross Swimming Pool and Ross-on-Wye Bowling Club.

Local government elections select councillors who are responsible for making decisions on running services in your local area. These include housing, education, transport, highways, planning, social care and waste management.
