Pupils from St Joseph’s RC Primary School paid a visit to the offices of the Ross-on-Wye Town Council, on Friday, November 27th.

The children met the Mayor and Mayoress of Ross-on-Wye, Colin and Anne Gray, and the Deputy Mayor, David Ravenscroft.

They learned about the Mayor’s responsibilities, how to become Mayor, the significance of the Mayoral Chain; and what the Coat of Arms represents.
