Madam, in response to the letter on Thursday, May 24th, "Don't come to Ross," David Price is correct, I too sat on a bench and watched the wardens hit three cars on one side and at least two on the other maybe even a third as I walked off.
There have been a lot more wardens in Ross this year, hitting cars more often with yellow stickers. Every time I go in to town all I see is a sea of yellow tickets. Something else does need to be done, maybe pedestrianise the street, turn it in to a real market town, and make people use the pay to park car parks that we have. On special occasions, when the market town is being used for events, we could have free shuttle services and, or a guided walk along the river though Blake Gardens into town, from the free car park, to get people back into Ross before it truly is too late.
