HEREFORDSHIRE Council is continuing to invest in the county’s roads, with a programme of resurfacing works taking place throughout May.

The council is investing an additional £13.5 million into the county’s highway network over the financial year of 2025/26, with a number of schemes planned for May:

These include the How Caple Grange to Little Owl Farm section of the B4224 and at the junction with the B4225 towards Cross In Hand.

Cllr Barry Durkin, cabinet member for roads and regulatory Services, said: “I am delighted to see our additional investment in the county’s roads being delivered successfully.

“Investing in our county’s roads is a top priority, and the ongoing resurfacing work will help to improve the resilience of the network and deliver better journeys.
