Amazing creations including Isambard Kingdom Brunel, complete with his own train, and Florence Nightingale, can be seen in Goodrich this weekend.
Every year local residents surpass themselves turning the basic scarecrow into imaginative and entertaining characters and dozens of villages are joined by visitors all looking to see if they can spot them all.
This time there are about 25 different scarecrows to identify as people make their way around the village and there are refreshments being served at the school. This makes a great excuse for a good walk around a very attractive village and there is still time to find them as the trail will be open on Sunday, September 18th. Let the Ross Gazette know which scarecrow you thought was best or share your pictures via Facebook or email [email protected]
