The scaffolding came off the Market House in time for the light celebrations in Ross on Saturday, November 26th. Crowds of happy shoppers thronged the streets enjoying the festive spirit. The Mayor of Ross Councillor David Ravenscroft, accompanied by former weather girl Wincey Willis, and Peppa Pig oversaw the switching on of the lights on the Market House.
