Karen Watts teamed up with David Meredith, from North Wales for the Pro-Art Signs Swansea Bay Rally last weekend, 45 miles in the classic Rhondda Valley Forests, made famous by Wales Rally GB. They finished 7th overall and 3rd in class.
The first-time pairing got off to a steady start in the Team GMF Motor Factors/Castle Woodcraft backed Lancer EVO 9. This was Meredith's first event since November last year. He admitted to being very rusty, but he was still setting consistent top ten stage times.
