MADAM, I read the Ross Gazette issue of March 27th in despair. Tesco wish to build a store more or less adjacent to Morrisons, the Tanyard Lane development seems to be going ahead, now Herefordshire Council decides that the Ross Gazette should not publish planning applications. The Ross Gazette is my local paper.

Now there are boundary changes again. I live in Kings Caple which is in the parliamentary constituency of north Herefordshire, not south like Ross and Hereford.

We have good local Councillors but my MP does not represent Ross, where I live, but represents Ledbury and Leominster. I am a council tax payer but we do not seem to matter. Ross and Hereford are local to me and although not perfect I love them. For heaven's sake Herefordshire Council sort yourselves out
