MADAM, GOOD news! Herefordshire Council agrees with local residents that the footpath on Eastfield Road at the corner of Fernbank Road is an inappropriate site for establishing a major base station for mobile phone technology.
Infants and children will be able to continue to use nearby Child's Garden in safety.
