Councillor Mayo contacted the Ross Gazette today, Friday, March 10th, with the good news that Balfour Beatty will be resurfacing parts of Walford Road, provisionally starting on March 20th.

Cllr Mayo said he was delighted that the work was going to be done as there had been so much pressure from residents who have had to put up with the poor surface of the road for so long.

He said, “This was not on the schedule for the year 2017/2018 but myself and Councillor Phil Cutter have kept up continuous pressure on Herefordshire Council and we are delighted that this has been announced.”
