As part of Herefordshire Council’s ambitious development and regeneration programme, two new development partners have been appointed as of Thursday, June 28th, 2018.

Keepmoat Homes Ltd will support the delivery of new homes that will help the council to achieve its strategic housing growth targets.

And ENGIE Regeneration Ltd will support the delivery of regeneration construction projects, such as business units, student accommodation and commercial development, as well as affordable, PRS led and retirement housing.

The agreements will bring to life plans contained within the adopted Core Strategy (the document that sets out Herefordshire’s planning priorities until 2031). The plan outlines the development opportunities enabled by the City Link Road and Hereford Bypass, as well other sites across the county such as Ross Enterprise Park.

The first new homes are expected to be delivered by late summer 2019.
