A planning application for houses in Bridstow has been submitted to Herefordshire Council before the parish council has completed their Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).

The Bridstow Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) Steering Group has been working hard to develop a Plan, which will allow the community to decide on developments in the Parish. However, the Plan is not yet in force.

The current application is for nine houses, with two accesses opposite existing junctions at The Claytons and Ashe Green. Residents are concerned that this is a very busy road.
