Work is progressing on the Ross-on-Wye Neighbourhood Plan. Place Studio, winner of last year’s Planning Excellence Award, have been appointed to work with the Town on consulting with residents and on developing the Ross-on-Wye Neighbourhood Plan.

The Chair of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group told Ross Town Council that the company has said that they do not expect the overall cost to exceed £30,000, based on their experience with work in other parishes. They said it is very different to prepare and see through a Neighbourhood Plan for a market town than for a village.

They hope to begin their consultation with residents alongside the River Festival which is taking place in Ross on May Day.
